Administrative issues and budget

The project manager Robert Dudas presented the budget situation submitted in the interim report. Based on this, it is clear that the efficiency of the use of resources is very low, due to which the professional work is also lagging behind. With the approval of Tempus, a transfer of funds (reallocation) will take place, which will also be signed by the legal representatives of MUB and UP. As the resource allocation does not reach the maximum allowed of 20%, there is no need to amend the grant agreement. (amendment to be attached)
Timesheets are filled in correctly.

Projectmanager highlighted indicators and presented what is written in the proposal.

Based on that partners agreed that tasks have to be fulfilled jointly. UP will be responsible for the design of the joint website (including FB profile and other social media elements and BECOMING hashtag), new logo, Roll-up, T-shirts, pens and brochures. Press releases will be made jointly.

  • The social media pages of BECOMING will contain various educational resources and will remain online five years after the project end

Next steps

The next project meeting will take place in Belgium. The 2nd Multiplier event will also be held there. There will even be an online meeting on the details of these. Róbert Dudás is responsible for the administrative and supporting documentation.

New idea of the modular courses, IO1, IO2

Dr Attila Gyenesei presented the new structure of the modular courses. Developed materials so far will be used but the frame and shape of the new modules will be different. 14 topics will be created by partners and divided into 3 parts. The first will be an introduction, the second will be advanced and the third will be a data visualization.
Tasks that the partners are unable to perform will be taken over by UP with the involvement of appropriate professionals.
The partners also agreed to try to develop the materials as soon as possible, as they still need to be translated.
