Immediately after the welcome, we started working on the agenda items.
Administrative issues and budget
Projectmanager highlighted indicators and presented what is written in the proposal.
Based on that partners agreed that tasks have to be fulfilled jointly. UP will be responsible for the design of the joint website (including FB profile and other social media elements and BECOMING hashtag), new logo, Roll-up, T-shirts, pens and brochures. Press releases will be made jointly.
REMAINED TASKS and dissemination
- Presented bulletpoints from the proposal:
- The developed IOs will be prepared and disseminated in English, with national language versions for IO1 and IO2, so that they will be available to a large number of potential users.
- Dissemination activities:

- project website and official Facebook profile of the project: any information related to project progress will be posted on the website and linked to the partners’ home websites; the persons responsible for information posting will be the Public Relation Team (PRT) and the language used will be English and the national languages, depending on the topic and target audience
- social media (one of the following: blogs, tweets, FB or LinkedIn): all project participants will be encouraged to post about project activity as part of their social media activity
- use of logotypes, stationery and other graphical materials designed for project purposes in all project-related correspondence
- press releases sent to on-line publications of associated organizations or other scientific organizations promoting the project and its activities and posting them to the media cooperating with the consortium
- short press statements and materials for publication in local newspapers about the project prepared by promotional offices
- #BECOMING hashtags used to mark project activity on social media
- University-level dissemination activities:

promotion of project activities during scientific conferences in which scientists take part, e.g, through dissemination of information on project activity during their presentations, posters, or lectures

public talks, press releases and articles in newspapers: teachers giving public talks/writing articles for local newspapers about their work

promotional materials financed from the grant for Project Management and Implementation, such as posters, roll-ups, T-shirts, pens, folders, etc.

universities’ own publications, media communication through local, regional and national media (TV, radio, newspapers), or Researchgate (social media website for scientists)

The social media pages of BECOMING will contain various educational resources and will remain online five years after the project end
Next steps
The next project meeting will take place in Belgium. The 2nd Multiplier event will also be held there. There will even be an online meeting on the details of these. Róbert Dudás is responsible for the administrative and supporting documentation.
